Plot Summary

It's a whole new year and a whole new Debbie! Now she's captain of the cheerleading squad, and she's about to face a "cheer-off" from rival Latina yellers at Inner City High. Scandals break out from locker room to homeroom! Tensions are high, but nothing that some good oral can't relieve!
