Country Girls 4 Shuunen Kinen Event ~forte~ (カントリー・ガールズ4周年記念イベント ～forte～) was Country Girls' 4th anniversary event. It took place on November 5, 2018 at Zepp Tokyo. The DVD of the event was pre-released on February 14, 2019 at the Juice=Juice & Country Girls LIVE venue, and it was released for general sale on March 6, 2019.
