Filmed in December 2002 from the EFX Theatre at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, EFX Alive Starring Rick Springfield was the fourth and final incarnation of the $45 million production show “EFX” - an entertainment staple of the Las Vegas Strip for nearly eight years.
