Plot Summary

Kiyoji Kito (Mitsuki Koga) judges evil as acting chairman of Japan's largest organization, Owada-gumi, to rebuild the gangster society. Currently, he unexpectedly reunites with his former younger brother, Koji, who is living in the Miyagawa group, which is a single-minded group.
