Plot Summary

Footage from a video camera found at the homicide scene of a John Doe, aka "Peeping Tommy", is matched with obtained footage from surveillance cameras to partially reconstruct the final days of the victim, a video voyeur, in an attempt to I.D. the victim and the perpetrator.
