Plot Summary

Six months have passed since the events of the 'Lambertville Massacre' and the death of Will Jackson. While it appears that the maniac has committed the perfect crime, things take a sudden turn when a copycat killer emerges bringing new attention to the crime and refocusing the police's interest in the case.
