Plot Summary

The adventures of law enforcer Scott McCloud, the one-man Marine Corps for the Earth Bureau of Investigation. Working in utmost secrecy, Scott McCloud takes assignments involving the security of our solar system. The video contains three segments: "Power Failure," "The Went Thatta Way" and "Scratch One Chimp."
