Plot Summary

The story of a husband and wife who deserve it after almost every sentence they utter. This couple is perhaps the purest, most extreme example of the type of people we often see around us—those who should be content with their circumstances but instead are constantly "crying" and "complaining," who should be able to lean back and sigh with relief but instead utter a thousand "ahs" when touched. The husband in this couple is Arif Bey, a wealthy businessman, also known as "Weeping Arif."
