Plot Summary

Inspector Călin Boboc, newly promoted to chief inspector, leads his Organized Crime unit against the Javela mafia clan. After a risky undercover operation captures leader Sandu and a minor gangster agrees to testify, colleague and former love Lori is kidnapped, forcing the team into a tense five-hour race to rescue her and close the case.
