Plot Summary

Once Upon A Time, a brave little hero wished to become King of LA to avoid paying her parking tickets. But the evil rulers of LA thought this wasn’t a good movie premise. So begins a triumphant battle of imagination versus facts, through real and imagined versions of tinsel town. And with the help of a grizzled cellmate, an Abraham Lincoln impersonator, and a magical toilet bomb, you can decide for yourself if she wins in the end. (Based on a true story)
