Plot Summary

Catherine the Great is at the peak of her power. While the downtrodden people bleed under their tyrannical rule, the nobility followed their tsarina's example and indulged in unbridled excess. It was not without reason that the people gave her the nickname: Catherine the Whore of St. Petersburg.
