Plot Summary

Second part (despite the number 3 in the title) of the Lithuanian black comedy about the local police force. The 7th Police Precinct does what officers seldom do - blow a fortune. Embracing a new unofficial motto, “Buy, Spend, Waste,” they soon learn that money can’t buy happiness, which doesn’t stop them from trying.
