Plot Summary

Magazine mogul, Hugh Heffer, sends private eye Ginger Trueheart on a sex-sizzling search through San Francisco's infamous "Tenderloin" district. It seems that Mr. Heffer is looking for a missing enchantress who is "the best in the world".
