Plot Summary

Actress Serena Lattimore refuses to agree to a divorce when her husband Quentin Ballard tells her during a premiere party that he loves the young Gaby York and intends to marry her. Serena invites Quentin's friend over for a chat, during which a heated dispute ensues, and soon afterwards an alleged suicide is reported to Scotland Yard.
