Plot Summary

For Sara (Isabella Santodomingo), a frazzled young emergency room doctor working in Bogota, Colombia, finding out that she's pregnant is not good news. But her decision to end the pregnancy draws cries of protest from everyone in her family -- including the unborn child in her belly.
