Plot Summary

In 2005, U.S. Army instructors struggle to train new recruits in the Iraqi army, but cultural and linguistic barriers make for a steep uphill climb. Still, the young soldiers soldier on, particularly a friendly young Iraqi known as Hamburger. From learning to storm an insurgency post to adopting the U.S. military haircuts, it's an intense transition for these aspiring warriors in this fascinating film, notable for its fly-on-the-wall access.
