Plot Summary

Drama - Officer Chu finally fulfills her wish to reunite with her drug-addicted sister Elly. As Chu tries to help Elly kick the habit, she is assigned a case involving the "Freaking Spicy Killer." Little does Chu know that the case will endanger her and Elly.
