Plot Summary

Dramatic portrait of the Coney Island boardwalk and some of the strange and shocking things that take place off-season in which along the windswept Coney Island boardwalk, Sonny meets young Eddie who introduces him to some of the many mysteries of this faded, forgotten neighborhood.
