Plot Summary

Conan, Ran and Kogoro solve a puzzle which prize is an all-expense-paid cruise ship trip. They find out that Saizuo Kanou, a criminal mastermind who was supposedly killed twenty years ago, is aboard. Then, a passenger is murdered.
