A flyweight bout between former two-time UFC Flyweight Champion Brandon Moreno (also former LFA Flyweight Champion) and Asu Almabayev was scheduled to headline the event. However, Almabayev withdrew due to a hand injury and was replaced by Lone'er Kavanagh.
