Plot Summary

Haruo Iwashita, known as “Tōtsū no Tsuno” (The Heaven-Reaching Horn), along with his underling Sadayoshi, aim to be Kansai's top bargain hunters, snatching up anything profitable like locusts. Today, after getting word of a bounced check from a loan shark, they went to seize the goods, only to find them completely cleared out by Onikubo of the Yashiro-gumi gang.
