Plot Summary

A documentary crew travels from Tokyo to a prestigious Physical Education university to cover the intense training camp of the women's sumo club. Female athletes train alongside their male counterparts under a strict philosophy: never lose composure in the dohyō, no matter what happens. Through physically demanding sessions, the coach pushes emotional and bodily endurance to the limit. The story highlights the rivalry between Monami Takarada and international student June Lovejoy, both determined to prove that sumo is not just for men.
