Plot Summary

LOCKEDIN follows a band of 5 powerlifters, documenting their journey to build a garage gym from scratch and expand their numbers. Throughout the years, a close friend of theirs--Richie--begins his own journey to qualify for the Collegiate Nationals Powerlifting meet.
