Plot Summary

After losing her parents, Daisy Evans, daughter of a famed jeweler, is taken in by the wealthy Miller family. Life seemed stable until Lola Pierce, the maid’s daughter, arrives. When both Miller brothers become infatuated with Lola, tensions rise, and Daisy becomes the target of their growing cruelty. Fed up with the emotional toll and mistreatment, Daisy decides to leave. But what happens when she's finally gone and the brothers realize what they've lost?
