Plot Summary

Mark is suspended from his police duties for his unruly yet effective ways of operating, but when 18 children are abducted and found dead, Mark, a police officer, races to catch the criminals. With only 18 hours left, he must confront powerful foes and use unconventional tactics to succeed.
