Plot Summary

Patient Gromov is admitted to a psychiatric hospital, and his attending physician is Dr. Ragin. Contact is established between the doctor and the patient. The hospital's chief physician, Khobotov, sees that the tandem of the doctor and the patient is disrupting the work of the entire hospital.
