Plot Summary

A poorly operated weather station in Milwaukee is reporting an overcast sky when it receives a radio signal transmission from aliens, telling them that they have hijacked the sky and that if they don't comply, there will be severe consequences. all that is going on cult has started forming in Milwaukee around worshiping a garbage bag that fell from the sky!
