Plot Summary

In London, July 2005, police hunt a rogue terrorist cell. An extraordinary series of events during a surveillance operation leads to the misidentification of an innocent young Brazilian as a suspect, resulting in his fatal shooting. As his relatives battle misinformation, they find support from an unlikely source, and the Met is plunged into crisis, forced to confront hard-truths about the shooting.
