Plot Summary

During a Phoenix Grand Prix, Wu Luo, an oriental beast that had disappeared for 20 years, reappeared, bringing great disaster and panic to the city. Wu Luo was injured in the attack and hid in a cave to recuperate. Zhang Xiaozao, a young racing genius, was overconfident and led a team of four to risk a sneak attack on the injured Wu Luo, which instead triggered a more serious crisis.
