Plot Summary

In order to solve the problem of Japan's declining birthrate, a law was enacted that imposes various penalties on men with no sexual experience. This story is about a man who is reported in such a world, arrested, and imprisoned, and is molested by a sadistic, big-breasted, sex-loving, impregnable high school girl who is in charge of milking his semen.
