Plot Summary

Coob is determined to save his mother, who’s battling terminal cancer. To raise money for her treatment, he turns to selling a dangerous new drug disguised as vaccines. But when he crosses paths with Sal Pastarelli and his ruthless gang, Coob finds himself in a deadly game of survival.
