Plot Summary

Himuro and Tamura were called by Iwao and had a discussion with Murayama of the Hassei-kai in the presence of Okita and Sakoda of the Marukami-kai, Kazami of the Toyu-kai, and others. However, the Hassei-kai breaks down, and Himuro and his friends declare war on the Toyu-kai as well.
