Plot Summary

The Cockateer is in the clutches of the evil villain, Screwball. And the evil screwball has secreted him away, substituting his nasty twin sister in his place. Oh no! With Cockateer out of the way, will Screwball run for president? Will his evil twin prevail? Classic gonzo flick, looks like Superman/Batman parody.
