Plot Summary

Once again, Thunder & Lightning must face the nefarious Black Ghost along with her new idiot sidekick, Shadow Girl! Lady Thunder is lured into a trap and turned into a mannequin! Will Lightning Girl be able to save her? Or will Lady Thunder just become another “dummy”?
