Plot Summary

Tom, an editor at the German branch of the Dallas Inquirer, is feverishly searching for his big story on shady international deals. He finds what he is looking for through his cousin and housemate Joey, of all people, who works as a puppet for the obscure U.S. tycoon Mr. Billion.
