Plot Summary

In this film inspired by real events, journalist and lawyer João Dantas prepares for the arrival of the President of the State of Paraíba, João Pessoa, to the city of Teixeira. It turns out that this arrival will influence the fate of the Dantas family, the city of Teixeira, and Brazil.
