Plot Summary

Honto ni Atta Kowai Hanashi Summer Special 2013 features five chilling reenacted tales: 1. Terror on the Second Floor: Ryu (Suzuki Fuku) sees a spooky woman at home, but his warnings are ignored until a terrifying encounter changes everything. 2. X Hospital: Intern Naoki (Fujigaya Taisuke) faces eerie events at a hospital rebuilt in a cross shape, where horrors lurk at its ends. 3.
