Plot Summary

The 24th Phantom, the 'Ghost Who Walks,' battles crimes in the future of 2040. Animated Phantom feature that released in 1994 at the same time as the series, and includes the first five episodes of the series edited into a "movie" and released it on VHS and DVD.
